Welcome to Voice of Prophecy (VOP App) ("we," "us," or "our ministry"). We are dedicated to providing a safe, spiritually enriching digital learning environment for Christians, students, Pathfinders, and church leaders worldwide.

This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web services handle your personal information and learning progress. By using the VOP App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver interactive Bible courses, 1v1 Iron Duels, and digital leadership portfolios:

Information You Provide

• Account Profile: Name, email address, password hash, and optional church/district affiliation when creating an account.
• Course & Quiz Progress: Completed lesson answers, chapter test scores, and graduation certificate generation records.
• Iron Duels & Flashcards: Matchmaking history, ELO rating, memorized scripture repetitions, and daily streaks.
• Leadership Portfolios: Pathfinder / Master Guide requirement completion logs and cryptographic evaluator sign-offs.

Automatically Generated Technical Data

• Device & Sync Metadata: App version, operating system (iOS/Android), and timestamp of your last offline-to-cloud synchronization to resolve database sync conflicts.
• Crash & Diagnostic Logs: Anonymous crash reports to fix bugs and improve performance across various mobile hardware.

Your information is used strictly to power your in-app experience:

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information or study history with any commercial advertisers or data brokers.

Data is shared only in the following functional circumstances:

• Church & Club Leadership: When you submit a portfolio requirement for sign-off or join a local church roster, authorized leaders in your church can view your completion progress.
• Infrastructure Partners: Secure cloud hosting and notification providers (e.g., Apple APNs, Firebase Cloud Messaging) bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

When you download Bible courses and audio guides for offline study, data is stored locally in an encrypted SQLite database on your device sandbox. Sensitive authentication tokens are stored securely in Apple Keychain (iOS) and Android Keystore.

All network communications between the VOP App and our servers use TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption with strong cryptographic cipher suites.

You have full sovereignty over your account and personal information:

• Access & Export: Export your completed certificates and portfolio records as verified PDF documents anytime.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated study history directly within app settings or by contacting our ministry team.
• Correction: Update your profile, name, or church affiliation at any time in the app profile tab.

The VOP App is designed for youth and families. For Pathfinder and Adventurer club members under the age of 13, parental or guardian consent through the local club director is recommended. We do not engage in behavioral profiling, and children’s data is never made public.
